- Currently, our products are shipped only within Tamil Nadu.
- If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you promptly during the checkout process.
2. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and order size.
- Any applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

5. Failed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier may charge an additional fee for redelivery.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your package is damaged or items are missing, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@winterarc.in.
- Provide clear video of the package and contents for resolution.
7. No Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is not available at this time. All orders must be prepaid.
