1. No Refunds
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- We only provide exchanges in accordance with the terms outlined below.
2. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges must be requested within 2 days of receiving your order.
- To qualify for an exchange:
- The product must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged).
- All tags and original packaging must be intact.
- A video recording of the unpacking process is mandatory. Ensure the video clearly shows the sealed package being opened and the condition of the product upon receipt. Attach this video when initiating the exchange request.
- Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested product. If unavailable, you may choose an alternative item of equal value.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, Winterarc will bear the shipping costs for the exchange.
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery, and attach the unpacking video as proof.
4. Shipping Costs for Exchanges
- For reasons other than damage or incorrect delivery, customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to exchanges.
5. No Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is currently unavailable. All orders must be prepaid.
6. Non-Exchangeable Items
- Customized or personalized items.
- Products purchased during special promotions or sales.
7. How to Initiate an Exchange

Login to Your Account:
If you are not logged in, click on the “Login” button and sign in using the email ID you used to place the order.
Navigate to Your Dashboard:
Once logged in, go to the “Dashboard” section.
Access Your Orders:
In your dashboard, you’ll find a list of options. Click on “Orders” to view your order history.
Select the Order to Exchange:
Find the order you want to exchange and click on it.
Click on the “Cancel Order” Button:
You’ll see an option labeled “Cancel Order.” Click this button to initiate the exchange.
Fill in the Required Details:
You’ll be redirected to a page where you can enter the necessary details, including your reason for the exchange and contact information.
Submit Your Request:
After filling out the form, click on “Submit” to send your exchange request.
Team Review:
Our team will review your exchange request and take the necessary actions.
Important Note:
You have 3 days from the date of receiving the order to request an exchange. After 3 days, exchanges will not be accepted.
